Marc M. Isaac, Esq. is an experienced commercial litigator who has handled matters in courts ranging from the New York City Civil Court to the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. Prior to forming the Firm, Marc was an associate at law firms in New York City and in Long Island. He obtained his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 2000.

Marc has been instrumental in obtaining favorable results for clients in litigation involving private equity transactions, bankruptcy, real estate, intellectual property, personal injury, and a wide variety of contractual disputes. He has also handled immigration matters, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance for businesses.

Marc is also an experienced appellate attorney who has handled appeals in both state and federal courts.
